Mexican Chocolate

I've never had Mexican Chocolate like this. The welcome steam from the cup drifted up, bringing the scent of rich cocoa and a woody warmth of toasted cinnamon. The second time I breathed in the aroma I smelled subtle spices and creamy vanilla bean notes, perfectly balancing the earthy depth of the medium roasted beans. It smelled inviting and sweet. Between a cozy kitchen bakery and a rustic coffee house.

At first sip the liquid feels incredibly silky and buttery on the tongue without being oily. The Medium roast gives a clean nutty grounding flavor that lets the taste of rich chocolate and warm cinnamon blend. Without any bitter harshness. It's bright and gentle flash of coffee fruitiness, melts into a deep authentic flavor of Mexican baking chocolate. The vanilla smooths out the edges, rounding out where you would expect a sharp spice, into a gentle warmth. The lingering flavor of milk chocolate sweet cream coats the mouth with hints of cinnamon; Leaving a clean satisfied palate before unconsciously pulling you in for the next sip.
