Zion's Horizon

"Zion" means "praise". It's the name given to the place where God dwells among His people. Grown in the mountain regions of Honduras, Zion's Horizon was crafted for the hours before first light. The steam from this blend at first smells like deep molasses with the sweetness of bubbling brown sugar. Right behind that, is steady waves of cinnamon and clove. These settle into a dark, almost scorched, carmel scent. Rich and heavy and very inviting. The first sip is almost syrupy and intense with a dark caramel flavor. There is a bright crisp fruit taste that peeks through. The sweetness is not sugary sweet; it is toasted, and slightly smoky. Perfectly balanced and great company for the wee hours of the morning.

There is a horizon beyond every night. And praise is how we get there. The waiting can stretch long. The dark can feel unwilling to break. But breakthrough is already on it's way. Rising quietly and faithfully. The way dusk always does. Until it comes, we wait in worship. Because dawn is coming. And so is what you've been believing for.
