Morning Mercy

Here's the thing. Before He ever formed the sun to rise. God looked at mornings and thought, 'Yeah...they're gonna need something." He saw the battle with the snooze button, the sleepy brain fog, and the struggle to walk straight without hitting walls along the way,   And in His infinite wisdom, He didn't leave us to face that alone. He planned for coffee.

Not as an afterthought. Not as a happy accident of nature. But as mercy. Planted for us in advance. Because He already knew exactly how hard mornings would be before we ever opened our eyes and told Him about it. Morning's Mercy. Proof that God provides before we even ask Him for it. 

The steam has the light and bright scent of buttery toffee with roasted walnuts. There is a faint whisper of green apple that cuts through the richness. The first sip carries a flash of mild clean acidity. Sun dried raisin notes float on top with a earthy walnut flavor. There is an undertone of rich toffee that wraps around the flavors. A delicate trace of melted toffee with a final hint of walnut lingers drawing you into the next sip.

A lightly roasted blend of South American coffees that are perfect as an early sunrise roast. Tasting notes include walnuts, mild apple, slight raisin and toffee. Environmentally friendly washed processing and sun dried. This coffee is both partial sun and full sun grown at high mountain elevations.
