Dawn's Satisfaction

That's the posture this blend was made for. The steam  from Dawn's Satisfaction has a sweet toasted cacao nibs scent with a hint of crisp red apple. There is a deep comforting scent of roasted hazelnuts that linger throughout. The first taste is smooth and carries with it the distinctive flavor of milk chocolate unfolding. Completely unbitter. A gentle citrus like shimmer of orange zest peaks in. The aftertaste is a clean buttery flavor that fades into a dark brown sugar taste, reminding you it's a coffee to be savored. 

 Just a quiet cup that gives a minute to be thankful instead of already reaching for the next thing. Paul says, "Give thanks in everything", 1 Thessalonians 5:18. Not just the easy things, all of it.
