Blonde

This blend it stealthy. Often skipped over. It's light color can almost be confused with tea.  Central American with African beans come together to this light roast. So the sugars never turn heavy. They just stay wide open. The result? The taste is surprisingly sweet and laced with a bright citrus flavor mixed with honey. This liquid amber nectar holds a secret that every coffee lover, no matter what kind you drink, will innately respect. This blonde roast is surprisingly higher in caffeine than most other roasts.

Because it's roasted for less time, it stays more dense. First sip is honeyed citrus, then a snap of something almost like green apple skin. Tart just long enough to hold your attention. Then it moves along. Almost like a dream your taste buds had. 

It makes a perfect sweet pulled espresso. Sweet sharp and awake. Despite it's mild heugh.
